When does coverage begin?
Coverage begins 30 days from enrollment and receipt of applicable contract fees. We reserve the right to waive/reduce the 30-day grace period so long as you provide proof or prior coverage, showing no lapse of coverage, from another reputable home warranty provider.
Is there a fee to transfer a policy?
No, there is no fee to transfer your home warranty.
How do I transfer my policy to a new homeowner?
If your covered property is sold during the term of the agreement, let us know the change in ownership, and submit the name of the new owner by calling us or sending us an email anytime. Contact Us
Can I renew each year?
Yes, the agreement may be renewable. In that event, you will be notified of the prevailing rate and terms of renewal.
What happens if a covered system or appliance cannot be repaired?
If the covered system or appliance can’t be fixed, then we will replace the unit subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth in your service agreement.
